Our Mission
RGR Solutions LLC provides high-quality Coordinated Family Supports (CFS) that empower adults with developmental disabilities to live safely, successfully, and with dignity in their family home. Our mission is to strengthen each consumer's natural supports, reduce barriers to independence, and promote meaningful participation in home, community, work, cultural, and social environments.
RGR Solutions LLC delivers individualized, flexible, and culturally responsive services that honor the language, values, and preferences of each consumer and their family. We uphold a person-centered philosophy, ensuring that every service, action, and support aligns with the consumer's strengths, goals, and self-identified priorities.
Our mission guides all aspects of our work. We collaborate closely with consumers, families, California Regional Centers, and community partners to develop coordinated plans that support safety, self-advocacy, stability, and long-term success. We recognize the unique needs of each consumer and tailor services to maximize independence, build skills, expand natural supports, and secure access to appropriate generic and community resources.

We ensure that all staff receive ongoing training and supervision so that every consumer receives consistent, high-quality support. Our mission is carried out through continuous quality improvement, transparent communication, and a strong commitment to meeting all Title 17 and DDS CFS requirements.
Through compassion, collaboration, and coordinated support, RGR Solutions LLC works to ensure that every adult receiving CFS can remain in their family home with confidence, stability, and a clear path toward achieving their personal goals.
Our Approach
RGR Solutions LLC takes a holistic, person-centered approach to Coordinated Family Supports. We start by listening — to the consumer, to the family, and to the service coordinator — to understand what each person needs to thrive at home.
Leadership
Ruben Garcia, M.Ed.
Ruben Garcia brings over two decades of experience in education, special education, school leadership, and disability support services. Throughout his career, he has served as a special education teacher, school administrator, principal, program director, and advocate for students, adults, and families navigating complex support systems. His experience includes IEP development, behavior support, inclusion practices, family engagement, staff training, compliance, service coordination, and helping schools and families work together to create meaningful outcomes.
As the founder of RGR Solutions, Ruben brings both professional expertise and personal passion to this work. He is committed to empowering individuals with disabilities, supporting families, and helping organizations build stronger, more inclusive systems where every person is valued, understood, and given the opportunity to succeed.
