About the Role

RGR Solutions LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide life-skills instruction and family support for individuals with developmental disabilities in Sacramento and surrounding areas. This position supports clients through hands-on, person-centered services in the home and community.

Education OR Experience (Must meet ONE)

• Experience: 3+ years working in the developmental disabilities service delivery system — no college degree required
• OR Education: Associate degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Education, Counseling, Sociology, or a related field

Required Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Knowledge of the Regional Center system
• Ability to communicate in the preferred language of assigned clients and families
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance when driving is required
• Willingness to complete required training, including CPR/First Aid

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in ILS, CFS, DSP, case management, or disability services
• Knowledge of person-centered planning and community resources
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in any language is highly valued

Pay & Benefits

• $23.00 per hour
• Mileage reimbursement
• Part-time or full-time hours available, with expected hours of 35.0–45.0 per week
